Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based Founders Office role. The individual in this role will work directly with the founders to manage essential operations, support strategic initiatives, handle project coordination, and drive key aspects of LYFeX’s mission. Responsibilities include conducting research, managing communication, facilitating partnerships, creating presentations, coordinating tasks, and assisting in the development and execution of strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in drafting documents and presentations
- Proficiency with tools for document creation, data analysis, project management, and communication (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Asana, or similar)
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, remote work environment independently, with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in working with startups, education programs, or youth-focused initiatives is a plus
- Passionate about youth development, education innovation, and career empowerment
