While general-purpose AI systems are designed to respond to questions, Mandana is designed to help people think through complex problems and decisions. It surfaces underlying questions, examines assumptions, explores competing perspectives, identifies trade-offs and uncertainty, and helps users arrive at more considered conclusions.
Our vision is simple: AI shouldn’t replace thinking. It should help us think better.
We’re currently at an early and exciting stage of building the product, brand, and go-to-market motion around this vision.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office (0→1) to work directly with the Founder and help turn company vision into execution.
The Founder will remain deeply focused on product, vision, and the core Mandana experience. You’ll take ownership of driving execution across the broader organization and ensuring the company’s most important priorities move forward.
This is not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff position. It’s a highly entrepreneurial, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys building from zero, solving ambiguous problems, and operating across multiple functions.
Depending on the company’s priorities, you may:
Translate founder priorities into clear plans and drive them to completion.
Coordinate go-to-market, marketing, launch, and growth initiatives.
Drive strategic projects from idea to execution.
Help identify, evaluate, and coordinate agencies, freelancers, vendors, and early team members.
Support hiring and help build the early organization.
Explore and develop strategic partnerships.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research.
Establish lightweight operating processes and ensure accountability across initiatives.
Track key company priorities, identify blockers, and proactively resolve them.
Prepare strategic materials for partnerships, investors, hiring, and other company initiatives.
Act as a thought partner to the Founder on important business and strategic decisions.
The scope will evolve as Kriyagni AI grows. You’ll be expected to identify what needs to be done—not simply wait to be told.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

* Generalist ability: You’re comfortable moving between strategy, operations, GTM, hiring, research, and partnerships.
* Excellent communication: You communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
* Analytical thinking: You can break complex problems into their underlying components and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
* Resourcefulness: If you don’t know how to do something, you figure it out.
* Comfort with AI and technology: You have a strong interest in AI products and how they are changing the way people work and make decisions.
* Founder mindset: You care about outcomes more than job descriptions and are willing to operate wherever the company needs you most.
Experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, product, strategy, operations, or a Founder’s Office role can be valuable, but we’re more interested in exceptional ability, ownership, and execution than a specific background.
