Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a position in the Founders Office. The role involves working closely with the leadership team to oversee strategic initiatives, manage internal projects, conduct market research, and analyze business data. Key responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams, assisting in decision-making processes, coordinating operational activities, and contributing to business development strategies. The role offers an opportunity to gain broad insights into the organization’s operations and participate in high-impact decision-making at the core of the organization.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams
- Project management and organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
- Knowledge of business development and market research processes
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work closely with leadership
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Knowledge or experience in the global education or recruitment sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
