Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. As part of the Founders Office at Crediwatch, you will work closely with the founding team to drive key initiatives, develop business strategies, and support decision-making processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing detailed reports and presentations, collaborating across teams to implement strategic projects, and assisting with operational efficiency improvements. The role provides exposure to high-level decision-making and an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to create impactful presentations and detailed reports
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
- Prior experience in a similar role or in strategy consulting is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
