Role Description

The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Faridabad. The individual will work directly with the founders to support strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution of key business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing business reports, managing stakeholder communication, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company. The role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent project management, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication for creating reports, presentations, and managing stakeholder communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in standard business software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
