Founder's Office Associate — Alpha Law
We're looking for a sharp, street-smart AI generalist to work closely with the Chief of Staff at Alpha Law, an AI-native legal tech company.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff and be the founder's eyes and ears across teams and clients
- Own tasks end-to-end — from client coordination to internal follow-ups
- Handle communication, track action items, and keep things moving
- Figure things out fast with minimal hand-holding
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in a startup, ops, sales, or client-facing role
- Comfort with AI tools and fast-moving environments
- Excellent communicator — sharp, clear, and professional
- Street smart, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Someone who executes first and asks questions second
Bonus if you have
- Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or law firm environments
