We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Associate to join the founder’s office—a dynamic, generalist role that offers unmatched exposure across departments and decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Administration & operations:
- Maintain founder schedules, coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration
- Help document internal processes and track team deliverables
- Business development support:
- Align calendars, schedule and prepare for BD meetings
- Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups
- Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionables, and ensure timely execution
- People & culture:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job descriptions, scheduling, screening)
- Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring
- Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture
- Strategic support:
- Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders
- Step in wherever needed—be it idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordination
