Role Description
The Founders Office Associate - Design will play a key role in supporting Biome’s design initiatives by contributing to the development of brand assets, product designs, and materials related to Biome’s mission. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, rendering prototypes, managing design-related projects, and ensuring alignment with company branding and sustainability goals. The associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and outreach. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools
- Strong skills in product design, graphic design, and prototyping
- Experience in brand identity creation, marketing collateral design, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and materials
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
- Familiarity with product life-cycle, manufacturing processes, or construction materials is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
- A passion for sustainability and circular economic principles
