Role Description
This is a high-impact, founder-facing role for someone who wants to operate at the core of the company. You will work directly with the founders across hiring, strategy, growth, and operations : driving execution on business-critical initiatives and helping scale the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with founders on strategy, execution, and key business decisions
- Lead end-to-end hiring across business and growth teams
- Drive growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and expansion
- Own and optimize operational processes across teams
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution
- Build systems, track metrics, and bring structure to fast-moving environments
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in a startup environment
- Mandatory internship experience as Founders Office (Preferred Edtech Industry)
- Strong problem-solving and execution ability
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel between Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar
