Role Overview
Paydoh is looking for a sharp, ambitious, and entrepreneurial MBA graduate to work directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives.
As a Founder's Office Associate, the role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, partnerships, investor engagement, and growth. This position offers strong exposure to startup building and leadership decision-making in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Founder in managing day-to-day strategic priorities and special projects.
· Identify and evaluate collaboration, partnership, and business development opportunities.
· Support investor outreach, follow-ups, fundraising coordination, and preparation of presentations and materials.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic intelligence gathering.
· Help identify and evaluate target profiles for hiring across business, product, growth, and technology functions.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive execution on key initiatives.
· Track action items, maintain progress dashboards, and ensure timely follow-through across projects.
· Support planning and execution of business meetings, partnerships, and leadership discussions.
· Prepare business notes, strategic briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
· Work on cross-functional initiatives spanning growth, operations, partnerships, customer experience, and product strategy.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
· MBA from a reputed institution with strong academic credentials.
· 0-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, banking, or strategy roles preferred.
