We are a bootstrapped ad-tech startup building AI-native advertising infrastructure focused on unlocking niche audience intelligence, delivering superior attention metrics and RoAS for next-generation platforms.
With our research, vision, and prototype already in place, we are now moving towards an early product launch. Based in South Delhi with our own office and core technology stack ready, we are assembling a high-agency founding team to build without compromise.
Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the founding team across product, technology, operations, and strategy. This is not a role—it is an ownership track into the core of an emerging ad-tech company.
You will contribute to building, documenting, deploying, and scaling a complex AI-native SaaS platform from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end product documentation (architecture, APIs, UX flows, edge cases)
- Contribute to application and software development across microservices architecture
- Assist in bare-metal deployments, testing, load balancing, and system readiness
- Support UX/UI design, interaction flows, and product experience refinement
- Work on community building, hiring processes, and early team structuring
- Contribute to corporate planning, internal policies, and operational frameworks
- Collaborate on SDK/API documentation and developer ecosystem readiness
Who Should Apply
Freshers / Interns
- Strong interest in Ad-Tech, AI systems, and digital ecosystems
- Understanding of modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
- Skilled in prompt engineering and AI-native workflows
- High ownership mindset, risk-taking ability, and learning agility
- Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills
- Tier-1 engineering/professional graduate or final-year student preferred
Experienced Candidates
- Hands-on experience in Ad-Tech / SaaS product development
- Proven ability to build and ship scalable platforms with user traction
- Expertise in technical documentation (architecture, APIs, SDKs, UX, edge cases)
- Experience working in AI-native or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of user journeys, system design, and product lifecycle
