Role Description
This is a Founders Office role, not a standard production job. You will work directly with the founders to build and scale ZeroMoblt’s cinema and narrative ecosystem — across formats, platforms, and mediums.
Your role is to take ideas from zero to execution, turning them into:
- films
- stories
- experiences
- artifacts
that shape how ZeroMoblt is seen, felt, and remembered. You will operate across filmmaking, live content, publishing, design, and emerging creative technologies. This role is about building a narrative engine, not just producing content.
What You Will Work On
Depending on your strengths, you will contribute to one or more of the following:
- Podcast and long-form content production
- Vlog / live-stream storytelling
- On-ground reporting and documentary-style storytelling
- Short skits and narrative-driven video content
- Cinematic film production (shooting, editing, post-production)
- Set design, production design, and visual world-building
- Costume and character identity creation
- Book, magazine, and booklet production
- Comic creation (digital or physical)
- Creative 3D product design and prototyping
- AI-assisted filmmaking and storytelling
- Game development and interactive narrative experiences
You will also:
- Manage production timelines and coordinate across teams
- Work closely with founders on narrative direction and creative strategy
- Translate real-world operations into compelling storytelling
- Bring structure to creative chaos and ensure high-quality execution

Qualifications
- Strong experience in one or more creative domains (film, design, writing, interactive, etc.)
- Proficiency in relevant tools (video editing, design, production, etc.)
- Ability to manage timelines, shoots, and creative workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High adaptability and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Commitment
- Compensation varies based on role, skillset, and contribution
- Minimum commitment: 42 days
- Compensation range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 for the 42-day period
This is an intensive, build-focused sprint, not a passive role.
- Preference for Hyderabad-based candidates
- You should be able to start within the next 48 hours
