Founder’s Office Intern – SignSetu

SignSetu is an inclusive, visual-first learning platform transforming Deaf education.

We use sign language, storytelling, and interactive tools to make language learning accessible and engaging for Deaf learners.

Role:

We’re looking for one highly driven person to work directly with the founder and help make execution faster, simpler, and more organized.

This is an execution + ownership role.

You will:

• Research ( partners, grants, opportunities)
• Write (emails, grant applications, documents)
• Prepare pitch decks
• Do basic outreach and follow-ups
• Track everything (deadlines, conversations, tasks)

• You are organized and detail-oriented
• You write clearly and think logically
• You don’t wait to be told every step
• You get things done

Not For You If:

• You need constant guidance
• You prefer slow or highly structured work
• You avoid follow-ups or accountability
• You prefer a fixed timeline and a corporate world

Details:

• Location: Chennai (in-office)
• Duration: 6 months (full-time)
