We’ve built a collaborative intelligence platform that helps leaders, professionals, sales teams, and founders master how they deliver their message. By combining human expertise with cutting-edge AI, we provide real-time feedback so every message lands with clarity, confidence, and impact.
We’re now looking for an ambitious Founders Associate to join our core team and work directly with the CEO during a critical growth phase. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship. You will actively shape how we scale.
Your Mission
You’ll support the CEO in navigating the journey from early traction to scalable structure. Your goal: remove operational friction, bring order to complexity, and learn the inner mechanics of building a Agentic SaaS company.
Clients & Sales Support
In this role, you will act as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries and help qualify high-potential leads. You will assist in drafting proposals, service agreements, and contracts, gaining direct exposure to the legal and commercial mechanics of tech sales. In addition, you will take ownership of maintaining a clean and structured HubSpot CRM, ensuring that opportunities are properly tracked and no deal falls through the cracks.
Operational Building
You will help bring structure to a fast-moving startup environment by building and maintaining internal documentation in Notion. This includes supporting the CEO in tracking deadlines, investor updates, and strategic milestones. You will also conduct in-depth research on target markets, competitors, and potential partners across the HR-tech and Ed-tech landscape, contributing to strategic decision-making and scalable systems.
Marketing & Community
You will support outreach initiatives and help coordinate webinars, LinkedIn content efforts, and community events for our growing network of communication coaches. Your work will strengthen our positioning and expand our ecosystem.
Your Profile
- High-performing individual seeking an unconventional entry into the startup world.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong generalist mindset; comfortable switching between legal drafting, operational structuring, and marketing ideation within the same hour.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of precision, especially in written communication and contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Competence in using collaboration tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Tech-native; proficient or fast-learning with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Slack.
- Previous experience in marketing, operations, or a related field is a plus
- Professional fluency in English required; German is a strong plus.
- Most Importantly, Interest in technology, startups, and presentation improvement tools
