Hey, We're Founders Arm, a recruitment company that pairs talented professionals with companies based in the US. We're seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to drive our B2B partnerships that funnel into B2C signups. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and nurture valuable business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Execute outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly and Apollo to generate qualified leads Identify and engage with potential influencer partners to expand our reach Connect with small and medium-sized businesses to place students for AI development projects Research and pursue AI agency opportunities for contract work Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with outbound sales techniques and email campaigns Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
