F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Management Company, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including; marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

We are looking for a dockhand to join the team at the Downtown Sanford Marina!

This dockhand role is a great opportunity for someone who loves the marina environment and has a customer service mind set. You will offer customer service to our boaters and clientele, assisting them with docking their boats, fueling, and acquiring amenities. The entire team at the marina is also responsible for the upkeep and curb appeal of the facility making sure we are able to delight boaters at all times. This includes some maintenance duties on the docks, grounds and buildings. This position may operate the travel lift and forklift in storing, launching and hauling out boats.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have strong swimming skills and the ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificate or permits beneficial to the marina, including health and safety certification. A good general knowledge of marina operations including boat lifting, handling and towing, proven skills in VHF communication, first-aid and fire-fighting procedures and a valid driver license are required. Forklift experience required.
