About The Only Fix
The Only Fix is a VC-backed men’s skincare startup preparing for launch. We are building science-backed, effective and engaging skincare products specifically for Indian men.
Role Overview
Work directly with the founders across product development, procurement, hiring, marketing, fundraising and business operations.
This is a hands-on execution role where you will own coordination, follow-ups and delivery across high-priority projects. You will get a front-row seat to everything involved in building a consumer brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the founders on business priorities and special projects
• Identify vendors, compare quotations, negotiate commercials and track deliveries
• Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging partners, agencies and consultants
• Support hiring through job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews and onboarding
• Prepare investor updates, presentations, research and business documents
• Maintain trackers, timelines, meeting notes and follow-ups
• Support product development, consumer trials, competitor research and launch planning
• Coordinate with branding, PR, influencer, marketing and website agencies
• Assist with budgeting, invoices, payments and operational reporting
• Take ownership of urgent or undefined problems and drive them to closure
Who We’re Looking For
• 1-4 years of experience
• Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Confident with Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong at online research and summarising information
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be based in Mumbai and available to work from our Chembur office
Nice to Have
• Internship experience at a startup, D2C brand or consumer company
• Interest in skincare, beauty or consumer brands
• Basic PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors or agencies
