The organization offers services such as Pre-Therapy Clarity Sessions, Life Audit Sessions, Psychotherapy with licensed professionals, and personalized referrals based on individual needs. Sulhaa collaborates with organizations to design Employee Wellness Programs by integrating workshops, assessments, and long-term mental health strategies. Additionally, its educative branch provides accessible learning opportunities through workshops, internships, and webinars focused on psychology. With a hybrid model, Sulhaa delivers impact via both digital programs and on-ground engagements.
Role Description
This is a unique 3months (extendable) internship, hybrid opportunity with very flexible hours (college students are welcome).
The role encompasses exposure to multiple verticals of mental healthcare initiatives.
The role required a holistic skill set to engage in daily responsibilities such as planning and coordinating wellness initiatives, developing and implementing strategies for mental health programs, and collaborating with team members and clients to deliver impactful services. The role will also involve managing client communications, contributing to educational content, and ensuring the highest standard of care and support are maintained.
Qualifications
- Psychology graduates (2nd sem onwards) / post graduates/ early career professionals seeking real-time exposure to mechanisms of a mental health organisation.
- Proficiency in planning and managing wellness programs and mental health initiatives.
- Excellent team collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with content creation desired.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with evidence-based and client-centered mental health practices.
- Prior experience in mental health, counseling, or organizational wellness is an advantage.
Desired
- Experience in marketing, business strategising and/or client facing roles.
