Job Title: Founder Success Manager
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month (performance-based growth)
About the Role
We are hiring a Founder Success Manager to support and guide founders enrolled in a premium business growth program. This role focuses on building strong relationships with founders, tracking their progress, ensuring accountability, and helping them achieve their business goals.
This is a people-focused role with high ownership and responsibility. You will act as the main point of contact for founders and ensure they stay engaged, supported, and on track throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Relationship & Accountability
- Be the primary contact for assigned founders
- Conduct weekly follow-ups and ensure founders complete their check-ins
- Track commitments and hold founders accountable in a supportive manner
- Ensure no founder feels disengaged or unsupported
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate founder progress data and health status
- Update weekly performance indicators (Green / Yellow / Red)
- Prepare simple progress and performance reports for founders
Proactive Support & Escalation
- Identify founders who may be struggling and intervene early
- Coordinate with internal experts for timely support
- Handle renewal-stage founders proactively to ensure continued engagement
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate weekly sessions, reviews, and internal meetings
- Manage schedules, reminders, and attendance
- Ensure smooth communication between founders and internal teams
