About the role
We are looking for someone who can be a true extension to the founder - someone who can think, build, and execute across growth, product, GTM and company-running. You will work directly with the founders on high-priority, ambiguous problems, with a strong focus on execution, content-led growth, and rapid experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute founder-priority initiatives across growth, product, and GTM
Run fast-paced experiments across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, product led growth) and iterate quickly
Drive strategic projects and partnerships for the company
Build and drive real AI tools and transformations across processes in the company
Identify growth opportunities and turn ambiguous ideas into shipped outcomes
What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience in startups, Founder’s Office, growth, product, or early GTM roles
Strong bias for execution over planning, you ship fast and iterate faster
Comfortable working across content, product, and growth (not a siloed role)
Ability to think from first principles and solve ambiguous problems independently
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS / tech ecosystem
High ownership, high urgency, and ability to operate in unstructured environments
