About
LH2 Data Labs (lh2.ai) licenses proprietary datasets and verified expert networks to frontier AI labs and enterprise buyers. We source rights-cleared data - code, multilingual text, audio, medical - from populations and domains underrepresented in public corpora, and pair it with vetted domain experts.
The role
We're hiring into the Founder's Office, a generalist seat for someone who wants range and ownership early in their career.
The aperture is wide on purpose. You'll work directly with the founders on whatever is most pressing - strategy one week, BD and GTM the next, an ops project after that. You'll be in the room for most of what matters, and increasingly the person who carries the work forward once the room clears.
This is for someone who wants to see how a business actually gets built, in a small team, with founders who've done it before.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & GTM operations
- Work with the founders to translate priorities into operating plans, KPIs, and review cadences
- Run the GTM motion across data acquisition and buyer-side outreach - target lists, sequencing, follow-up discipline
- Run market and competitive research to inform positioning, pricing, and new initiatives
- Build the case for new markets, products, or partnerships - turn a thesis into something teams can execute on
Corp dev & partnerships
- Source partners and targets; run first-call qualification; carry conversations to the right founder or operator
- Own top-of-funnel outbound across LinkedIn, email, and direct contact
- Draft memos, snapshots, and decks for partner and investment conversations
- Keep the CRM clean - every contact, every conversation, every outcome
Founder & leadership support
- Act as a thought partner - research, frame decisions, surface insights
- Prepare decks and briefs for external partner meetings
- Follow up on decisions to ensure execution and accountability
- Represent the Founder's Office in internal and external conversations when needed
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in consulting, VC/PE, banking, or a strong startup / Founder's Office
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with Excel, dashboards, and big datasets
- Sharp writer and clear communicator - can build clean decks and presentations that hold up in front of founders, partners, and buyers
- High ownership; runs multiple workstreams in parallel without things slipping
- Comfortable in fast, ambiguous environments - moves on incomplete information
Bonus
- A strong undergrad with prior startup/consulting/IB/sales experience
- Exposure to AI, data, digital media, or B2B SaaS

Compensation:
Base salary ranging between 12 and 20 LPA, along with additional performance-based incentives.
