Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact individual to work closely with the founders on driving sales excellence across the organization. This role will focus on improving conversions, optimizing sales processes, and building scalable frameworks for training and execution. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, identifying gaps and directly driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and enforce quality checks across the sales process
- Design structured training modules for onboarding and continuous improvement
- Analyze funnel metrics and identify gaps in conversion and execution
- Standardize sales processes and ensure adherence
- Conduct audits and translate insights into actionable improvements
Requirements
- 3–4 years of consulting experience (Samagra, L.E.K., or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments
- High ownership and strong communication skills
Preferred Background
- Undergraduate degree from top Delhi University colleges (e.g., LSR, SRCC, St. Stephen’s)
- Exposure to sales, growth, or operations problem statements is a plus
