About the Role:
This is not a traditional HR role.
At Latrics, we are building advanced drone, LiDAR, and geospatial intelligence systems - and we believe great companies are built by great people systems.
This role sits in the Founder's Office and works directly with leadership to build the people and hiring engine from scratch.

What You will Do:
1. Build the Hiring Engine
- Source, screen, and close candidates across roles
- Build creative sourcing strategies (not just job portals)
- Improve candidate experience end-to-end
2. Drive People Operations
- Own onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and workflows
- Support attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
3. Shape Culture & Experience
- Work on employee engagement initiatives
- Help build a strong, ownership-driven culture
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
4. Think in Systems, Not Tasks
- Identify gaps in hiring and people processes
- Build simple, scalable systems from scratch
- Continuously improve how we operate
Who This Role Is For:
- Someone who wants to work directly with founders
- Someone who takes initiative without waiting for instructions
- Someone who enjoys solving problems in unstructured environments
- Someone who wants to build a function from zero to one
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR / Talent / Operations
- Freshers with strong intent and internship experience can apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once
- Basic understanding of hiring and HR processes
Growth Path:

- Stage 1: Work with founders on hiring & people operations
- Stage 2: Take ownership of hiring and build systems
- tage 3: Lead the People & Talent function
You will not remain an “HR executive” - you will build and lead this function.
