Team and Role Overview
Join our high-energy team and play a pivotal role in driving our rapid growth and expansion. Your mission in this role will be to help our co-founder & CEO steer the company through this exciting phase. You will be instrumental in achieving key priorities, leading special projects, providing project support, and acting as the first line of defense for multiple endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Operations Process Development: Build and refine processes for the company’s operating system. Own the company’s operating system.
- Financial Modeling: Develop initial financial models for the company that can be handed over to the CFO later.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead and inspire a high performing operations team. Establish clear goals, provide guidance and drive accountability to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
- Building Relationship: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with the key clients, partners and stakeholders. Look out for opportunities to understand the issues faced by our team and make lives easier for them
- Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Regularly report on key metrics and present findings to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications:
You need to satisfy at least one of the 3 criteria:
- MBA from one of the top B-Schools in India i.e. IIMs, IITs, Symbiosis, MDI, XLRI, ISB with >3.4/4 or >9/10 GPA
- Co-Founder of a startup that has raised more than 1cr in investment or reached 1cr MRR
- BTech/MTech from IIT with >8/10 GPA and some startup experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with designing electronics or developing hardware
- Product or Project Management Experience
- Sales Experience
Location
The position is based in our Bengaluru (Marathahalli) office. 2 days in office is mandatory.
