I run a fast-moving technology company. Every day has more problems than people, more
decisions than time, and more moving pieces than any one person can hold together alone.
I need someone who can step into that and make it less chaotic — not by working harder,
but by thinking better.
This role exists because I need someone to manage things, operate things, and keep
track of everything that matters. If I'm in a meeting, things should still be moving. If I hand
you a problem, I should get back a solution — not more questions. If something is falling
through the cracks, you catch it before I do.
I'm looking for someone sharp, proactive, and structured. Not a task-doer — a thinker who
executes.
