Role Summary
As Marketing & AI Specialist in the Founder's Office, you'll be the backbone of our marketing operations. You'll manage our marketing infrastructure by automating processes using Claude Code AI agents, oversee marketing team coordination, drive strategic experiments, and ensure operational efficiency across all marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone hungry to grow, take ownership, and directly impact a fast-moving SaaS design agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage AI-powered marketing agents using Claude Code to automate repetitive marketing operations and improve efficiency
- Oversee marketing team coordination by managing 2 team members (Twitter Growth Strategist and Content Writer) from a project management perspective
- Develop comprehensive marketing reports, analytics dashboards, and KPI tracking to measure campaign performance
- Research emerging marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to keep Bricx ahead of market shifts
- Design and execute marketing experiments across channels to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Manage operational efficiency initiatives across marketing functions including process optimization and automation
- Provide strategic marketing counsel and execute broad-net marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Hungry for growth mindset with proven willingness to work overtime to achieve goals
- Active desire to take ownership of new projects and expand responsibilities over time
- Familiarity with Claude Code or willingness to quickly learn AI agent building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing operations, analytics, and SaaS marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with prompt engineering or AI tool utilization
- Background in early-stage startup or high-growth tech environment
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing best practices and metrics
- Track record of launching and iterating on marketing experiments

Work Environment
This is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere, full-time (Monday-Friday). You'll work closely with the Founder and the broader Bricx team, participating in regular sync meetings and collaborative projects.
