About the Role
Pinaka Green is building India's green hydrogen future — across project development (BOO/BOOT), advisory, and Pinaka Polaris, our green hydrogen intelligence platform. The Associate – Founder's Office is a high-trust, high-speed generalist role that sits at the centre of it all. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, pick up tasks across every workstream — commercial, operational, research, and analytical — and execute with minimal handholding. This is not a SaaS or fintech role. We are building real infrastructure in a hard-to-crack industrial sector.
What you will do
1. Support the Founder — Own the tasks the CEO assigns — research, analysis, drafting, outreach, internal coordination — and close them fast. Reduce founder bandwidth on execution so strategic attention stays where it matters.
2. BD & Sales — Identify and engage offtake prospects, initiate and nurture BD conversations, support proposals and pitch preparation, and drive deals through the pipeline from first contact to closure.
3. Pinaka Polaris & AI — Contribute to and eventually lead the Pinaka Polaris intelligence platform — scouting, data collection, insight generation, and platform build. Use AI tools and vibe coding to build internal workflows, scrapers, and trackers that make the team faster.
4. Project Delivery — Once a project is awarded, work with OEMs, EPC contractors, and other partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Supervise project engineers, track milestones, manage interfaces, and escalate proactively.

Location
Gurugram, Haryana — in-office. Travel for site visits, conferences, and client meetings.
Experience
3–5 years in a founder's office or chief of staff role. Startup experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or energy preferred.

Founder & CEO (direct)
Compensation
₹8–10 LPA. Performance bonus + equity consideration post-assessment.
Start
Immediate — outcome within 10 days of application.
You Should Have
• Strong knowledge of the green hydrogen, energy, chemicals, or manufacturing sector — you understand how industrial projects are structured, contracted, and delivered.
• Comfort with AI tools — Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, NotebookLM — and willingness to vibe-code (Python, n8n, scrapers) to build what's needed.
• Graduate or higher in engineering, chemistry, energy, economics, or a related field.
• Startup or founder's office experience preferred — you know what it means to figure things out.
• Open to high volumes of outreach — calls, emails, meetings. The hustle of primary research excites you.
