Founder’s Office Lead – Strategic Operations & Growth

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally driven, mature, and high-ownership professional who will work as a direct extension of the Founder, managing and driving business operations, coordination, and growth across all verticals.
This role goes beyond a traditional job — you will act as the Founder’s shadow, execution driver, and decision enabler, ensuring that the business runs smoothly with minimal dependency on the Founder for day-to-day activities.
We are currently in a building stage, and this role is critical in structuring, scaling, and strengthening the organization from the ground up.
Core Expectation of the Role
- Act as the first level of ownership for all business matters across departments
- Be capable of handling and resolving business affairs independently wherever possible
- Filter, prioritize, and resolve matters before escalating to the Founder
- Ensure the Founder is involved only in critical or strategic decisions
- Maintain complete visibility across all departments, employees, and ongoing activities
- Work in close and frequent coordination with the Founder for alignment and prioritization
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Office & Gatekeeping
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Filter, prioritize, and resolve matters before escalating to the Founder
- Manage schedules, priorities, follow-ups, and communication
- Handle business concerns, issues, and coordination independently wherever possible
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
2. Business Operations & Execution
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all business verticals
- Ensure tasks are executed with clarity, timelines, and accountability
- Drive coordination between teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify loopholes, inefficiencies, and gradually streamline processes
3. Team Building & Scaling
- Build and structure teams to support business growth
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance alignment
- Ensure team discipline, accountability, and clarity in execution
4. Business Development & Growth
- Drive and support new client acquisition (local & international markets)
- Contribute towards maximizing onboarding of new clients
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas
5. Strategic Support & Planning
- Assist in planning, execution tracking, and business decision support
- Conduct research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare reports, insights, and updates for informed decision-making
6. Branding & Market Presence
- Contribute towards improving brand visibility and online reputation
- Support organic growth initiatives through networking and outreach
7. Multi-Functional Role Execution
- Handle responsibilities across HR, operations, admin, and business functions
- Be adaptable and capable of managing multiple roles as per business needs
8. Confidential & Personal Support
- Act as a trusted support system for the Founder in professional and sensitive matters
- Handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
- Ensure smooth handling of priority matters without dependency
Work Approach & Expectations
- This is not a conventional 9–6 role — flexibility based on business needs is essential
- Willingness to step up during critical situations (early hours / late hours)
- Comfortable handling a challenging, multitasking, and high-responsibility role

- Ability to identify gaps and improve systems gradually
- Strong and frequent coordination with the Founder to ensure alignment
- Maintain visibility on all departments, employees, and ongoing activities

Compensation & Growth
- Initial 3-month probation (performance-based engagement)
- No fixed salary during probation — compensation will be aligned with contribution, ownership, and measurable outcomes delivered
- Post probation: Structured fixed salary based on performance and role alignment
