Role SummaryAs a Founder’s Office Associate at Guby Rogers, you will work directly with the founder on high-impact business initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to building and scaling a startup. You will be involved in strategy, operations and execution across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
- Manage and execute special projects from ideation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution
- Support in building and improving products/services (including course/program development)
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for business insights
- Handle communication with stakeholders, clients, and collaborators
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of business, marketing, or finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Remote work not available)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
