Note : This is NOT a technical/dev role.
What you'll own:
- Strategy, research & competitive intel
- Founder's calendar, travel, and daily operations
- Decks, dashboards, and cross-team coordination
- Social media & content — posts, newsletters, LinkedIn presence
- Sales support — cold outreach, follow-ups, CRM hygiene
- Customer research — talking to users, spotting patterns, summarising feedback
- Hiring support — sourcing candidates, scheduling, early culture-building
- Finance basics — tracking burn, invoices, vendor payments
- Product feedback — talking to early users, logging bugs, QA testing
- Whatever the week demands — no task is above or below you
Who you are:
- Currently based in Pune
- Default aggressive — you don't wait for instructions
- AI-native — you use tools to move faster, not just to look smart
- Comfortable with zero structure and zero playbook
- Excited (not scared) by the words "we're figuring it out"
- Ambitious AF with a bias for action
