About the Role
As a Founder's Office – Product & Finance Intern, you will work directly with the founders across product development, financial systems, automation, and business strategy. This is a highly technical and analytical role that combines product thinking with software development and financial problem-solving.
You will contribute to building internal platforms, automating business workflows, analyzing financial data, designing product features, and collaborating with engineering teams to ship impactful solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building products, writing code, solving business problems with technology, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on product strategy, financial technology, and automation initiatives.
- Build and enhance internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automation systems.
- Develop product features using Django, Next.js, SQL, and modern web technologies.
- Design and optimize databases, APIs, and backend workflows.
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Analyze lending, operational, and financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to drive product execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking.
- Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), business reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects from ideation through execution.

Product & Finance Skills

- Excellent analytical and structured thinking.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial analysis, lending, or fintech concepts is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf is a plus.
