We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can assist the Founder’s Office in structuring operations, maintaining trackers, and ensuring execution discipline across teams. This role will work closely with the founder and leadership team and gain exposure to startup operations, systems design, and process management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update operational trackers and task management tools Track cross-team tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion Organize data across sales, procurement, and operations Prepare daily/weekly reports and highlight key updates Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth information flow Support the founder with data tracking, reports, and execution updates Requirements We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel Curious about systems, operations, and process design Comfortable using AI productivity tools Proactive in following up and coordinating with team members Interested in learning how startups scale operations Prior experience with tools like Zoho Projects, Notion, or similar project management tool are a plus but not mandatory.
