Othor AI is an AI-native business intelligence platform - a fast, secure alternative to Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, built from first principles for the way businesses actually work.

What this internship actually is.
Not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. Not busywork.
You'll sit inside the Founder's Office and work directly with the founding team on how Othor goes to market. You'll get real ownership over real work - outreach, messaging, events, and market feedback from week one.
If you're early in your career and want to see how a seed-stage AI startup builds its GTM motion from scratch, this is a rare seat to have.
Commitment & duration
This is a structured 6-month internship - 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Enough to do meaningful work without it consuming your life. You'll be expected to show up consistently, hit your weekly targets, and be reachable during agreed hours - including a partial EST/PST overlap for US market outreach.
Exceptional interns will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the 6 months. This isn't a formality - we're building a team and we'd rather promote from within than hire from outside.
What you'll work on
→ Outbound prospecting - help research and build targeted lead lists in the US market (CEOs, Finance, Sales, Marketing teams) using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
→ Outreach & messaging - draft and run cold email and LinkedIn sequences; learn what messaging works and why
→ Events & networking - attend Bangalore startup meetups, demo days, and tech events as a face of Othor AI; turn conversations into booked meetings
→ GTM research - track responses, log objections, spot patterns, and share what you're hearing directly with the founders to sharpen positioning
→ Content support - help draft LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, and other materials that make it easier for prospects to say yes
Who we're looking for
✓ Final year student or recent graduate - MBA, business, marketing, or any field where you've developed strong communication skills
✓ Based in Bangalore - you'll meet the founders regularly and attend local events as part of the role
✓ Available 5 hours a day, 6 days a week for 6 months - consistently, not occasionally
✓ Genuinely curious about B2B SaaS, AI, and how startups grow
✓ Strong written English - you can write clearly and adapt your tone for different audiences
✓ Comfortable talking to people - in person, on LinkedIn, over email ✓ Hungry to learn outbound sales and GTM from the ground up
✓ Available for partial EST/PST overlap for US market outreach
Bonus points if you have: Any prior sales, marketing, or growth internship experience · Familiarity with BI or data tools · Active LinkedIn presence · Comfort with no-code or automation tools · You've already been experimenting with AI tools in your work
