We’re building The Vent Room, a platform where young people share real experiences through anonymous voice conversations and find support navigating life & careers.
Looking for high-ownership interns to work directly with the founder on early-stage strategy, brand building and user acquisition.
What you’ll do:
- Design and test growth strategies to acquire early users
- Work on brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Contribute to strategy discussions on growth, content, and product direction
- Brainstorm and test ideas for building a strong early user community
- Analyze what’s working and refine overall strategy
- Identify and experiment with acquisition channels (campus, social, referrals)
Details:
• Duration: 28 Mar – 26 Apr
• Hybrid: WFH + Saturday meet (WeWork, South Delhi)
• 15–18 hrs/week
Stipend:
1st year students: performance based incentives
2nd year students: ₹2,000 + performance incentives
3rd year students: ₹4,000 + performance incentives
