Role Description
The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with key leadership to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and project execution. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, coordinating cross-functional projects, and assisting with operational tasks to support the company’s growth. The intern will also contribute by generating innovative solutions and fostering collaboration across teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills for gathering and interpreting data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Project coordination experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Interest or prior experience in technology, startups, or insurance is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
