Founding Intern – AI & Growth

Xantyr is building AI-native solutions across automation, voice agents, and enterprise workflows. We operate at the intersection of AI strategy, deployment, and GTM execution.
We are looking for our first intern — someone who wants real exposure, not coffee-fetching.
This role is for individuals who are deeply curious about AI, startups, and building things from scratch. You will have a front-row seat to building an AI company.
What You’ll Do
You will work directly with the founders across three core pillars:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify & Research: Scout high-value prospects and build targeted outbound lists.
- Execution: Manage the CRM and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold channels.
- Relentless Follow-up: Drive engagement and help set up high-value meetings for founders.
- Impact: You will directly influence the company's revenue.
AI Go-To-Market Strategy
- Positioning: Work closely with founders to refine AI product messaging and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Market Intelligence: Research competitors and track emerging AI trends to keep us ahead.
- Asset Creation: Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and GTM assets.
- Impact: You’ll learn how AI products are actually sold and positioned in a competitive market.
Operations & Founder Office
- Systems Building: Help structure internal processes and improve systems as we scale.
- Documentation: Assist with workflow design and documentation to ensure operational excellence.
- Partnerships: Support vendor coordination and strategic partnerships.
- Impact: You will learn the operational blueprints of how startups are built.
