Founder’s Office Intern – Business Development & Marketing

Duration: 3 Months , Location -Vasant Kunj , New delhi , Nature of Job:Hybrid , 3 days WFO , 5 day work week

VERA develops sustainable packaging solutions, including bamboo polymer-based materials that are recyclable and home compostable. The company works with FMCG, pharmaceutical, and consumer brands to replace single-use plastics and build scalable, impact-driven packaging systems.(verasustainables.com)
Role Overview:
This role works directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives across business development and marketing. It is suited for someone who wants exposure to early-stage decision-making, client acquisition, and brand-building in a sustainability-focused startup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Identify and qualify leads across target sectors (FMCG, pharma, D2C, logistics)
- Build and manage outreach pipelines (LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
- Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client communication
- Track deal flow, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Assist in closing conversations and onboarding new clients
2. Marketing & Brand Building
- Support execution of LinkedIn and Instagram content strategy
- Develop content around materials, use-cases, and industry insights
- Assist in creating sales collateral (case studies, product decks, brochures)
- Coordinate with designers/vendors for marketing assets
3. Founder’s Office Support
- Work on strategic projects including market research, competitor analysis, and pricing
- Assist in partnerships, events, and industry outreach
- Track key metrics (leads, conversions, engagement) and generate insights
- Support in structuring internal processes for sales and marketing
