Job Summary
This role sits within the Founder’s Office and supports work across all core functions of the company.
You will be involved in a mix of thinking and execution. The expectation is to bring structure to problems, contribute ideas, and ensure things get done.
This role is suited for someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment without constant direction.
What You Will Do
- Support projects across strategy, operations, marketing, and internal initiatives.
- Structure problems and turn them into clear, actionable outputs.
- Build documents, notes, and plans that move work forward.
- Use AI tools and systems to improve speed and quality.
- Contribute to creative thinking across brand, content, and problem-solving.
- Ensure follow-through and execution across ongoing work.

- Full-time, in-office role based in New Delhi (5 days a week).
