ABOUT TIEOUT
Tieout is a pre seed AI startup automating a critical, high volume audit workflow for CPA firms in the US. We are backed by Entrepreneur First and building AI that replaces hours of manual grunt work with minutes of intelligent review.
THE ROLE
This is not a typical internship. You will work directly with the founding team on the highest leverage problems across GTM, growth, and operations. Think of it as a compressed crash course in building a B2B SaaS company from zero.
You will own outcomes, not tasks. If you are the kind of person who thrives with ambiguity, moves fast, and figures things out without waiting for instructions, this is your playground.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and run outbound pipeline: cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, follow ups, and CRM hygiene targeting senior decision makers at US accounting firms
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, firm websites, and public filings
• Help craft messaging that lands meetings with senior partners at CPA firms (not generic templates, real personalization at scale)
• Track and analyze outreach metrics, run A/B tests on subject lines and copy, and iterate based on data
• Support conference and event prep, including pre meeting outreach and post event follow up
• Jump into ad hoc founder priorities: investor materials, competitive research, partnership outreach, content drafts, or whatever the week demands
WHO YOU ARE
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent from a top institution (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or similar) or a Tier 1 college.
• Relentlessly resourceful. You Google before you ask, and you ship before you are told
• Excellent written communication in English. You can write a cold email that a busy CPA partner would actually read
• Comfortable with ambiguity and context switching. Startup life is not linear
• Genuine curiosity about AI, B2B SaaS, or the US accounting/audit industry (bonus if you have exposure to any of these)
• Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar. Quick to learn new ones
