Not your typical internship.
The Integrty is looking for a Founder’s Office Intern, someone who will work closely with the founder, observe, assist, and be part of everything that goes on behind the scenes.
Think of it as being the founder’s right hand (and sometimes left brain).
What this role looks like:
* Shadowing the founder across meetings, decisions, and daily operations
* Assisting with coordination, execution, and quick problem-solving
* Being present, proactive, and ready to adapt
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Energetic, communicative, and sharp
* Naturally curious and observant
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
* A good vibe to work with (non-negotiable)
Requirements:
* Available to be in-office 4–5 days a week
* Ready to learn by doing (a lot)
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹6,000
