Role Summary
We are not looking for someone to do the work. We are looking for someone to build the systems that do the work.
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will design and deploy AI-powered automations across marketing, hiring, and operations — working directly with the founding team to eliminate repetitive tasks and build scalable pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI automation pipelines for social media content generation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Design automated hiring funnels for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach.
- Create AI-driven communication and partnership outreach workflows.
- Set up monitoring and reporting systems that surface insights without manual effort.
- Automate internal ops tasks to reduce founder bandwidth on repetitive work.
- Own your systems end-to-end — present updates and results directly to the founding team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tools such as Claude, n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
- Ability to build GPT-powered workflows, prompt pipelines, or AI agents.
- Systems thinking mindset — you automate tasks, you don't just complete them faster.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, APIs, or AI content tools is a plus.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and cares about outcomes.
- Creative instinct combined with technical ability.
- Prior work on automation projects (personal or professional) is highly valued.
