We are looking for a high-caliber individual to work directly with the CEO in driving strategy, execution, and business growth. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, operations, and data, and is designed for someone who wants to build and scale a company from the inside. You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping translate vision into execution while owning key business metrics and cross-functional initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Strategy & decision support:
1. Work closely with the CEO on business strategy, GTM planning, and market expansion.
2. Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis.
3. Support fundraising, investor communication, and board reporting.
4. Conduct market intelligence across compliance, cybersecurity, and AI governance space.
B. Sales & revenue operations:
1. Drive sales pipeline tracking, conversion metrics, and forecasting.
2. Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and improve conversion rates.
3. Work with the sales team on deal strategy, pricing, and proposals.
4. Analyze customer segments and define the ideal customer profile (ICP).
C. Metrics & business analytics:
1. Define and track key metrics such as ARR or MRR growth, CAC or LTV, sales cycle length, and conversion rates.
2. Build dashboards and reporting systems for leadership.
3. Use data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
D. Operations & execution:
1. Drive cross-functional projects across product, sales, and customer success.
2. Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
3. Ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
E. Product & customer insights:
1. Work with the product team to translate customer needs into features.
2. Analyze feedback loops from customers and sales teams.
3. Support the development of the compliance platform roadmap.
F. Special projects:
1. Lead high-impact initiatives directly from the CEO's office.
2. Work on projects such as new market entry (US or Middle East), AI governance product strategy, and partnerships with cyber insurance companies.
