The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, adaptable, and organized Founder's Office Intern. In this role, you will work directly with the founding team, gaining frontline exposure to what it takes to build and scale a premium startup. You will wear multiple hats, assisting across operations, strategy, and business development.
This is a performance-driven internship. Exceptional work and a strong problem-solving attitude over the 2-month period will lead to a full-time job offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist the founders in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows across sales, marketing, and e-commerce.
- Strategic Research: Conduct market research to identify new avenues for growth, specifically assisting with the expansion into the corporate gifting segment.
- Marketing Execution: Help plan, coordinate, and execute out-of-the-box marketing activations, including scouting premium, high-end locations for brand placements.
- Project Management: Help track and organize internal projects, from inventory logistics to the rollout of customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring timelines are met.
- Problem Solving: Tackle ad-hoc challenges as they arise, acting as a reliable right hand to the core team.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Fresher (0 years of experience). A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn are your most important assets.
- Mindset: A highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with potential B2B partners and premium vendors.
- Alignment: An understanding of luxury brand positioning and a willingness to maintain our high standards across all operational tasks.
