About the Role
ReviewAndRatings.com is evolving from a content platform into a discovery-driven ecosystem for readers, where books are not just reviewed, but experienced, shared, and discussed.
We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder as a core operator - someone who can think, execute, and build across functions.
This is not a role with boundaries.
This is a “figure it out and make it happen” role.
You’ll be involved in everything - product, content, growth, partnerships, hiring, and operations, helping turn ideas into reality, fast.

What You’ll Actually Do
⚙️ Execution & Founder Support
- Work directly with the founder on priorities, decisions, and daily execution
- Turn ideas into structured plans and ensure they get executed
- Act as a force multiplier, making things move faster and better
📊 Operations & Systems
- Build and improve workflows across content, product, and growth
- Track projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Bring clarity to chaos — structure, prioritize, and streamline
🤝 Growth, Outreach & Partnerships
- Handle outreach to authors, publishers, creators, and communities
- Manage conversations across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Identify and execute collaboration opportunities
- Support early-stage sales, partnerships, and expansion efforts
📚 Content & Editorial Thinking
- Stay on top of book trends, releases, and reader behavior
- Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and platform features
- Work closely on shaping how content is created and distributed
🧠 Product & Strategy Exposure
- Be part of discussions around product direction and new features
- Help test, refine, and improve user experience
- Bring insights from users, creators, and the market
👥 People & Hiring
- Assist in hiring — sourcing, screening, coordinating
- Work with freelancers, designers, developers, and contributors
- Ensure smooth communication and accountability across everyone
Who This Is For
