Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office Intern role based in Chennai. In this role, the intern will assist in strategic planning, support high-priority initiatives, conduct market research, and prepare detailed reports and presentations. Responsibilities also include coordinating cross-departmental activities, ensuring timely execution of projects, and supporting ad hoc tasks assigned by the Founder. The intern will play a crucial role in managing communications, setting up meetings, and working on special projects that contribute to business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and preparation of detailed reports and presentations
- Ability to adapt and be resourceful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in industrial services or workforce solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and basic data visualization tools
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
