As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the Founder and gain first-hand exposure to building a healthcare startup from the ground up.
About the Role
This is not a typical internship.
You will work directly with the Founder across business strategy, operations, marketing, product execution, partnerships, customer success, and healthcare innovation.
Every day will be different.
If you enjoy solving problems, interacting with people, taking ownership, and learning how startups are built, you'll enjoy this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare partners.
- Assist in onboarding doctors onto DrScribe and OncoTree platforms.
- Reach out to prospective healthcare providers and schedule product demonstrations.
- Coordinate meetings with investors, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities.
- Help organize events, workshops, and healthcare awareness programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and technology teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely execution.
- Handle miscellaneous Founder’s Office responsibilities as required.
Who Should Apply?

- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to travel within Bengaluru when required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Passionate about healthcare, AI, startups, and entrepreneurship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Final-year undergraduate or MBA student, or recent graduate.
- Background in Business, Management, Healthcare, Marketing, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior internship or leadership experience is a plus.
