About OmniSentient
OmniSentient is an emerging, innovation-driven technology company dedicated to building transformative solutions at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user-centric design. We thrive on navigating uncharted territory and breaking down highly complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. Our culture is rooted in curiosity, extreme ownership, and continuous improvement. We are building a collaborative, flat-hierarchy workspace where team members work cross-functionally and contribute directly to product direction.
Role Overview: The Reality of the Role
This is not a traditional, highly predictable internship where you update spreadsheets and blend into the background. As the Founder’s Office Intern at OmniSentient, you will be an elite generalist and the founder’s right hand.
From 0→1 ideation to 1→10 scaling, you will get a front-row seat to how a tech startup makes decisions, navigates chaos, and ships products. Because we operate without silos, your role will uniquely span strategic research, daily operations, and hands-on product quality assurance. You will step in wherever the business needs you most. If you want to become a founder or a top-tier startup operator in the future, this is your ultimate training ground.
Stipend: Up to Fifteen Thousand per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Execution & Founder Support
0→1 Execution: Take abstract ideas from the founder and turn them into functional processes, research briefs, or operational frameworks.
Market & Tech Intelligence: Dive deep into emerging tech trends, competitor landscapes, and industry data to build actionable, investor-grade reports.
Shadow the Founder: Participate in strategic meetings, partnership discussions, and ecosystem events. Take the lead on post-meeting execution and documentation.
Solve for Chaos: Tackle random, high-priority bottlenecks across product, marketing, and operations. No task is too big or too small.
2. Product Testing & Quality Assurance (QA)
First-Line Testing: Act as the first line of defense by actively testing our desktop and mobile AI applications from an end-user perspective.
Bug Reporting: Systematically find and document software glitches, UI/UX issues, and unexpected behaviors so the engineering team can address them.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide usability feedback on new features before they are deployed.
3. Operations & Team Logistics
Task & Workflow Tracking: Maintain team dashboards, coordinate team calendars, and ensure key action items across the office are tracked and executed.
Office Coordination: Act as the go-to person to keep the daily office environment running smoothly and efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For
You genuinely enjoy the messy, rewarding process of building something from scratch.
High Ownership: When you take on a task, the team forgets about it because they know it is getting done flawlessly. You see a gap, and you jump in to fix it.
Super Organized & Tech-Savvy: You are naturally methodical, can manage multiple small tasks without losing focus, and quickly pick up new project management tools or software logic.
Sharp Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal skills, capable of breaking down complex tech and startup concepts into simple, structured insights.
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related non-engineering discipline.
⚠️ Do NOT Apply If:
You need a highly defined, predictable job description to function.
You cannot keep up with a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
You are joining just to collect a certificate at the end of the internship.
You do not enjoy turning chaos into structure.
What’s In It For You?
Unparalleled Access: Direct, daily mentorship from the founder and core leadership team.
360-Degree Startup Exposure: Step out of siloed departments and work directly across engineering, product, and operations.
Steep Learning Curve: Learn more in a few months here than you would in a year at a rigid corporate desk.
Career Growth: This role serves as a direct pipeline into full-time roles in Product Management, QA Engineering, or Startup Operations as OmniSentient scales.
