What you will do?
You will work directly with the founder on whatever the business needs. Expect range, not specialization. In a typical month, one or more than one from the following can happen:
- Manage onboarding to conversion of parents on WhatsApp and calls. Answer questions, schedule interviews, close placements.
- Source nannies through various methods. Interview and onboard nanny candidates.
- Maintain and improve the website (www.justnello.com). Update copy, fix forms, ship small changes.
- Run and optimize Meta ads.
- Build internal trackers, SOPs, and dashboards so the business runs without chaos.
- Anything else the business needs. The list is not exhaustive.
Who you are?
- You want to build a company, not just intern at one.
- You move fast and finish things. You do not need to be told twice.
- You write clearly in English and speak Hindi comfortably.
- You are comfortable on a phone with strangers all day.
- You care about the work parents and nannies are paying for.
