Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Founder's Office Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The intern will work closely with the founder, contributing to strategic planning, project coordination, and research activities. You will assist in managing company operations, developing business strategies, supporting cross-functional teams, and preparing presentations and reports. This role provides a unique learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup and work directly on impactful projects.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest or background in startup environments and/or wellness-focused industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship
