About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential candidate to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with
the leadership team on strategic initiatives. This role offers end-to-end exposure to business strategy,
execution, and performance management, and is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking
and exceptional academic credentials.
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the Founder to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Founder, ensuring clarity and
alignment.
• Track key business metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and support decision-making
through data analysis.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal tracking and progress reviews.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports and presentations for
leadership.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Academic Excellence: Consistent 90%+ academic record across X, XII, and graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Preferred Profile
• Background in consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
